Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Clipr AI application and website operated by Clipr AI ("we", "us", "our"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Registration

To use Clipr AI, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Clipr AI only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the service to process content you do not have the right to use or distribute.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or circumvent any technical limitations of the service.
• Use the service to generate or distribute harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
• Share your account credentials with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.

3. Subscription Terms

Clipr AI offers subscription plans with varying features and usage limits. By subscribing:

• You authorize recurring charges at the rate specified for your chosen plan.
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. All billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed through your Apple ID account settings.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price changes take effect on their account.
• Usage limits (analyses, clips, storage) reset according to your billing cycle.

4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all clips and content you create using Clipr AI. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to the source material you process through our service (e.g., stream VODs). We are not responsible for any copyright claims arising from your use of third-party content.

By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service (e.g., AI analysis, transcription, rendering).

5. Third-Party Platforms

Clipr AI integrates with third-party platforms including Twitch, YouTube, and Kick. Your use of these platform integrations is also subject to the respective platform's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or policies of third-party platforms.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Third-party service outages (AI providers, streaming platforms, cloud infrastructure).
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions or downtime.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Clipr AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy or quality of AI-generated analyses, clips, or other outputs.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile tab in the app. Upon deletion, all your data (account information, clips, connected platforms) will be permanently removed.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
